CEO of Silbón

Pablo López · CEO & Co-founder de Silbón

"It wasn't comfortable for me either to make that decision with someone you consider your best friend, like a brother your whole life." Pablo López founded Silbón in Córdoba with €3,000, 30 suits and his grandmother's empty flat. Sixteen years later he runs a company with €90 million in revenue, 550 employees and a presence across Spain and several countries. What lies between those two points is what almost no one tells: eight months without a paycheck, moving back in with his parents with a young daughter, doing interviews in the middle of the 2011 crisis that no one answered, and six years negotiating the exit of his lifelong partner and friend while the ship kept growing.
