30 years investing in startups

Carlos Blanco has spent 35 years building companies and investing in Spain. He has founded more than 30 startups, accelerated 250 companies, invested in more than 200 as a business angel, and manages a €31 million venture capital fund. Along the way: he moved back in with his parents, sold his flat to pay off debts, shut down a company with 22 employees the day after 9/11, was pushed out of his own company so they could buy his shares more cheaply, and pulled money off his credit card at 25% interest to invest in Glovo.
